ZJC Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a well-established and growing contractor delivering Void maintenance and refurbishment works across social housing properties in West London.
This position offers consistent, ongoing work for reliable and skilled operatives who take pride in delivering high-quality finishes.
The Role
You will be working across social housing properties, carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks. This is a varied role suited to someone confident across multiple trades and able to work independently.
Key duties include:
* Carpentry (repairs, installations, doors, kitchens)
* Tiling in kitchens and bathrooms
* Painting and decorating to a high standard
* Plastering and patch repairs
* Basic electrical works (e.g. sockets, light fittings)
* General maintenance and refurbishment tasks
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with regulations
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative within social housing or maintenance
* Strong all-round skillset across core trades
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a relevant trade (preferred)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Own van and tools (essential)
* Asbestos Awareness certificate (Essential)
* CSCS Card (Essential)
* Working at Heights certificate (Essential)
* Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
