Are you an experienced School Administrator looking for a new exciting role? I am working with a school in Nottingham seeking an organised, proactive administrator to support their Head of Careers on a long-term basis.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

Coordinating and sending out the school's regular Careers newsletters
Organising mock interview schedules for students, ensuring their needs and aspirations are considered
Communicating professionally with external employers to arrange opportunities
Supporting the organisation of student work experience placements
Creating and uploading careers information, updates, and news to the school's reception TV display
Updating notice boards around the school with fresh, relevant content
Providing efficient day‑to‑day admin support to the Head of Careers
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Previous school-based administrative experience is essential
Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with employers, parents, and staff
Excellent organisation, accuracy, and the ability to prioritise tasks independently
A professional, calm approach within a busy environment
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
