We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business for a hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, lead site teams and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience supervising site-based or operational teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A proactive approach to health, safety and quality
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- Experience within construction, heavy industry, manufacturing, engineering or a similar operational environment
