* This person will lead new and existing product development (NPD & EPD) bringing the product pipeline to life
The role:
* We are seeking an experienced Product Development manager to lead the development of NPD and improve the existing range
* Work closely with the wider team to ensure innovation plans are delivered in line with business strategy
* Develop product concepts and manage the innovation pipeline
* Staying up to date with food trends and translate insights into relevant product concepts
* Cross-Functional Collaboration with sales, marketing operations and technical teams
Ideal candidate:
* Food related degree qualification
* NPD experience within an FMCG environment
* Experience of developing a product pipeline
* Knowledge of the stage gate process
* Strong interpersonal skills
* A proactive self-starter, able to work equally well whether part of a team or self sufficiently
* Organised and time management
* Results driven
* Commercially minded
* A passionate foodie with creative flair!
