We are looking for a skilled and motivated Welder Fabricator to join a friendly and supportive manufacturing team in Droitwich. What You'll Be Doing
Fabricating and assembling components from engineering drawings.
MIG and TIG welding on aluminium, mild steel, and stainless steel.
Producing high-quality work to precise specifications.
Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Working safely and efficiently within a busy manufacturing environment.
Collaborating with colleagues to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Welder Fabricator.
Strong MIG and TIG welding skills.
Experience working with aluminium, mild steel, and stainless steel.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship.
A positive attitude and strong team-working skills.

Excellent Earnings Potential
£16.73 per hour
Overtime paid at 1.5x for all hours worked over 39 hours Monday to Saturday.
Double time (2x) for Sunday working.
Generous Holiday Allowance
33 days holiday per year, including an additional 5 days above the statutory entitlement.
Additional holiday awarded for long service:
+2 days after 5 years
+3 days after 10 years
Up to 38 days annual leave with service.
Bonus Scheme
Discretionary annual bonus of up to 11%, paid in March (subject to company performance).
Option to receive the bonus as a pension contribution or as a cash payment through payroll.
Pension Scheme
Employee contribution: 5%
Employer contribution: 4%
