About the Role
Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team based in Watford. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to support the smooth running of a busy office, working closely with colleagues, clients and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Managing incoming calls, emails and enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Maintaining accurate records, databases and office documentation.
Preparing correspondence, reports and other business documents.
Coordinating meetings, appointments and schedules.
Liaising with clients, contractors and suppliers to support ongoing activities.
Assisting with document management, filing and data entry.
Supporting internal and external communications.
Providing general administrative support to the wider team.About You:
Previous administration or coordination experience within an office environment.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
A confident and professional communicator.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a small team.Please note: This is a fully office-based position located in Watford town centre, requiring attendance five days per week. Parking is not available on site.
