Your responsibilities as General Operative
* Support production across multiple areas of the manufacturing process
* Operate machinery such as grinders, mixers, and blenders following training
* Help maintain production flow to meet daily output targets
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times
* Maintain clean and organised workspaces across the production floor
* Assist teams across departments where production demand requires
What we’re looking for in a General Operative
* Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or factory environments
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures within production settings
* Experience operating or assisting with industrial food processing equipment
* Ability to follow documented production processes and safety procedures
* Experience working with raw meat or meat processing environments
Working hours
Monday to Friday, working one Sunday in four with a day off in lieu.
