This is not a general warehouse or basic production assembly role, you’ll be assembling components and machinery within an engineering manufacturing environment.

What will you be doing as an Electrical Assembly Operative ?
* Assembling sub-assemblies and finished products
* Working with electrical and mechanical components
* Soldering to a high standard
* Using hand tools and assembly equipment
* Following assembly procedures and technical instructions
* Supporting daily and weekly production targets
* Carrying out quality checks and reporting defects where required
* Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and health & safety
What will you need?
* Previous experience in electrical assembly, mechanical assembly, engineering assembly or technical production
* Good soldering skills
* Experience working with electrical or mechanical components
* Confidence using hand tools and assembly equipment
* Strong attention to detail and quality standards
* Ability to follow technical instructions and assembly procedures
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
