* Location: Prestwich
* Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm 100% office based
* Salary: Up to £30,000 dependent on experience
Purpose of the role: Reporting to the Director, you will coordinate the administration duties within the office ensuring the smooth and efficient running of projects and tenders.
You must have a general understanding of the following:
* CDM / O&M manuals.
* Tender processes.
* PQQs.
* Document control including design drawings.
Responsibilities would include:
* Record and monitor invoices received and checking against purchase orders.
* Enter invoices on to accounts software (Xero).
* Raising purchase orders.
* Liaising with accounts dept and confirming payment schedules.
* Checking subcontractor details / tax status, etc.
* Collating information from timesheets for costing purposes.
* Liaising closely with quantity surveyors and commercial staff.
* Assisting with subcontract enquiries and tender analysis.
* General admin assistance to management.
* Collating and filing O&M manuals.
* Diary management.
* Create and manage various trackers.
* Filing drawings and information on server (document control).
* Some switchboard duties.
* Meeting minutes. Taking and distributing.
* Competent in Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams and the like.
