The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

The Opportunity
As Production Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating day-to-day production activities, ensuring operations are delivered safely, efficiently and in full compliance with regulatory standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive performance, develop your team and contribute to the ongoing growth and evolution of site operations.
The Role
Lead and coordinate daily production operations within a regulated manufacturing environment
Promote and maintain a strong safety culture aligned with COMAH and site standards
Support the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Participate in HAZOP studies, risk assessments and incident investigations
Ensure full compliance with Permit to Work and controlled operations systems
Provide leadership, coaching and development to production team members
Collaborate with engineering, EHS and wider teams to resolve operational issues
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability
Support the introduction and development of new operational areas across site What We're Looking For
Proven experience within chemical manufacturing or a similar high-hazard process industry
Strong understanding of Permit to Work systems and controlled operations
Experience or exposure to HAZOP and process safety activities
Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing or mentoring teams
Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
COMAH experience is desirable but not essential
