Graduate Customer Account Executive (Manufacturing) - 18 month FTC 📍 Wrexham | 💷 £30,000-£34,000 | 🏡 Hybrid after probation

You'll be joining a global manufacturing business with international customers and a complex supply chain environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a high‑performing graduate to gain hands‑on commercial and operational experience early in their career.
Your new role
This role is ideal for a graduate who wants real responsibility, not a back‑office or purely administrative position.You'll work at the intersection of customer relationships, supply chain and commercial teams, taking ownership of day‑to‑day customer activity from order placement through to delivery performance. You'll be trusted early, exposed to senior stakeholders, and supported to develop quickly.
Key responsibilities include:

Acting as a day‑to‑day contact for assigned customer accounts
Managing orders, data accuracy and service performance
Working closely with planning, logistics and production teams
Supporting customer KPIs and resolving issues proactively
Using ERP systems (SAP exposure desirable but not essential)This is a fast‑paced role suited to someone who enjoys accountability and learning by doing.
What you'll need to succeed

A First‑Class or strong 2:1 degree in Business, Management, International Business or similar
Strong communication and organisational skills
Commercial awareness and confidence working with customers
A proactive, resilient mindset and desire to progress quickly
European language skills (Italian, Spanish, German etc.) are highly advantageous.What you'll get in return
