Head of HR
We're partnering with a well-established manufacturing business to appoint an experienced Head of HR.
This is a key leadership role, offering the opportunity to influence both operational and strategic decision-making whilst partnering closely with senior leaders across the business.
Supporting an operational workforce, you'll play a critical role in shaping and delivering the people agenda, ensuring it supports business performance, organisational effectiveness and future growth.
You'll be a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, bringing challenge, insight and commercial thinking to discussions around workforce planning, organisational change, employee engagement, talent and leadership capability.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being visible within the business, building relationships, influencing outcomes and helping leaders navigate both opportunities and challenges.
What you'll be doing
- Partnering with senior operational and functional leaders to deliver business objectives.
- Acting as a trusted adviser on people, organisation and culture matters.
- Leading workforce planning and organisational development initiatives.
- Supporting business transformation and change programmes.
- Driving employee engagement and leadership effectiveness.
- Managing complex employee relations matters and organisational risk.
- Building credibility across a broad stakeholder group.
- Coaching leaders to improve capability and performance.
- Working collaboratively with wider HR and specialist teams.
- Using people data and insight to influence decision-making.
About You
You'll be an experienced HR leader with the ability to operate confidently in a complex stakeholder environment.
