Pest Control Technician

Location: Leicestershire and Surrounding Areas

Job Type: Temp to Perm

Our client is looking for a Pest Control Technician to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This role involves providing effective pest management services to residential and commercial customers while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out pest inspections, treatments, and preventative measures at customer premises.

* Identify pest activity and recommend suitable control solutions.

* Install, monitor, and maintain pest control equipment.

* Complete service reports and maintain accurate records.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations and company procedures.

* Attend training and development activities as required.

Requirements

* Previous pest control experience preferred.

* RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management desirable.

* Full UK driving licence with no penalty points.

* Strong communication and customer service skills.

* Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

* Professional, reliable, and flexible approach to work.
