About the Role

We are currently seeking an Assembler to join a busy and growing manufacturing team. Working as part of a small production team, you will be responsible for assembling large engineered structures and components to specification before final installation.

This is a hands-on role that requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to follow technical drawings, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble fabricated structures and components to required specifications and quality standards.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
Fit panels, hydraulic rams, and basic electrical components.
Safely use a variety of hand tools and equipment.
Identify and resolve assembly issues as they arise.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality.
Follow all health and safety procedures.
Keep work areas clean, organised, and efficient.
Work collaboratively within a small production team to meet build schedules.

Skills & Experience Required

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
Previous experience using hand tools is essential.
Basic electrical knowledge.
Good problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
