How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser

    Self-Employed | Remote UK-Wide | 10+ Qualified Appointments Per Week | 50 – 75% Commission

More client opportunities. Less administration. A client bank you can build for the long term.

Doddle is expanding and we're looking for experienced, CeMAP-qualified Mortgage and Protection Advisers who want the freedom and earning potential of self-employment without spending their working week generating leads or processing applications.

Our model lets Brokers focus on speaking to clients, advising, sourcing, converting business and building relationships. We provide the client opportunities, infrastructure, administration, training and ongoing support.

10+ Qualified Mortgage Appointments Every Week

Active Advisers receive a minimum of 10 pre-booked, qualified mortgage appointments per week, subject to agreed availability.

These are not cold leads or lists to chase. Clients have actively contacted us requesting to speak to a mortgage specialist, and appointments are qualified and booked directly into your calendar.

There is no charge for Doddle-generated leads or appointments.

You tell us your availability, and the greater your availability, the greater the opportunity to fill your diary.

    A Structured Broker Launch Programme

Every Adviser joining Doddle completes a structured onboarding and launch programme designed to get them operating confidently and productively.

    You'll receive:

Full onboarding across systems, technology and processes.
Training on the complete Doddle client journey.
    Intensive sales and conversion training.
Supported introduction to live client appointments.
A structured first month working with genuine mortgage opportunities.
    Hands-on support while becoming established.

Development continues beyond onboarding, with ongoing specialist workshops, sales development, coaching and support – all free of charge.

You Advise. We Handle the Administration.

We have the option for our administration and case-management team to handle the back-office processing behind your cases, including:

    Obtaining required client documents.
    Processing and submitting applications.
    Case administration and progression.
    Supporting compliance.
Ensuring files meet internal compliance requirements.

This keeps your time focused on client contact, sourcing, advice and generating business rather than paperwork.

Build Your Own Long-Term Client Bank

Our aim is to help you build your own valuable portfolio of clients under the Doddle umbrella. Clients you advise become part of your ongoing client bank, helping you build long-term relationships and generate repeat and referral business.

We track future mortgage dates and remind you about product transfers, remortgages and repeat-business opportunities.

You can also introduce your own clients and develop your own sources of business alongside the opportunities we provide.

    Commission and Earnings

This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential.

    Doddle-generated business: 50% commission

    Self-generated business: 75% commission

There is no lead cost on Doddle-generated business.

Earnings vary by performance, conversion, availability and business written. As an indication:

Competent performing Advisers: approximately £4,000 per month.
Strong Advisers: approximately £6,000 per month.
    Highest-performing Advisers: approximately £10,000 – £12,000 per month.

    Figures are illustrative, not guaranteed.

    Genuine Remote Flexibility

Work from anywhere in the UK. There are no mandatory office days or fixed core working hours.

You tell us your availability and manage your own schedule. Whether full-time or more limited hours, the choice is yours. Greater availability means greater opportunity.

    About Doddle

Doddle operates under Winstree Financial Services, an established, directly authorised and fully independent Mortgage and Protection firm with more than 25 years' industry experience.

We are directly authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and provide whole-of-market mortgage advice throughout the UK.

Our Advisers cover residential mortgages, remortgages, buy-to-let and protection, supported by lead-generation, administration and compliance infrastructure.

    Who We're Looking For

    You must:

Hold full CeMAP or equivalent mortgage qualification.
Have at least 12 months' mortgage industry experience.
Have strong sales and client-conversion ability.
    Be confident building client relationships.
Be organised, self-motivated and commercially driven.
Be comfortable managing your own diary and pipeline.
Be committed to professional, compliant mortgage and protection advice.

    CAS status is not required.

We're particularly interested in Advisers who already know how to broker but want a better platform from which to build their business.

Your Clients. Your Relationships. Your Business. Our Infrastructure Behind You.

    With Doddle, you get:

    10+ qualified appointments per week.
    No lead costs.
    Full onboarding and supported launch.
Ongoing sales training and specialist workshops.
Full administration for £150 per month.
    50% commission on Doddle-generated business.
75% commission on your own business.
The opportunity to build and retain your own long-term client bank.

If you're an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser looking for more opportunities, autonomy and the infrastructure to build a substantial long-term business, we'd like to hear from you
