HSE Administrator

£13.50 per hour
Immediate temporary contract for at least 6 months
Full-time hours Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm

We are supporting a warehouse and distribution company, they are going through a significant period of growth, and they need a temporary HSE administrator to support their business needs.
Duties for HSE Administrator
* Scanning, managing, and filing of Health, Safety and Environment related documentation.
* Working with the company's, site management and representatives to produce inspections and documentation.
* Promoting a good Health and Safety culture at all times.
* Organising training and liaising with management to ensure any training is fully attended.
* Ordering of new first aid equipment, Spill kit contents, PPE, and any other required equipment
* Distributing across sites, first aid equipment, spill kit contents and PPE, as required.
* Managing controlled documents through Q Pulse system.
* Manage DSE, COSHH, Risk Assessment and relevant documentation. To assist where required.
* Assisting in planned fire evacuations across all sites as per planned schedule.
* Collecting environment/recycling information and creating reports using Excel
* Taking relevant notes from meetings
Experience required for HSE Administrator
* At least 2 years office administration experience ideally gained within a warehouse or HSE environment
* Strong word and excel skills
* Team player who is happy assist others
