The successful candidate will deliver lessons, manage classrooms effectively, and support students' learning and development under the guidance of experienced teaching staff and school leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Support students to remain engaged and on task
Monitor student progress and provide feedback where appropriate
Build positive relationships with students and staff
Uphold safeguarding and school procedures at all timesThe Ideal Candidate
Holds a degree or relevant qualification (desirable)
Experience working with young people in education, coaching, mentoring, youth work, or similar settings
Confident leading a classroom and engaging students
Strong communication and organisational skills
