Are you a Coil Winder looking for a stable Monday to Thursday role (No Friday work) for an International Manufacturer known their supportive working environment and Structured pay rises aswell as optional Overtime to increase earnings?

This is a site-based production role within a large, established contract manufacturing business, focused on winding copper wire coils and supporting light electrical / electromechanical assembly work within a structured manufacturing environment.

This role is aimed at someone with previous coil winding experience, or a very closely related electrical assembly background involving precise winding, wiring, soldering or cable assembly work.

The Role:

Wind copper wire coils to specification
Follow job sheets, work instructions and production processes
Use coil winding equipment, hand tools and basic assembly equipment
Prepare, cut, strip, tape, insulate or finish wire and components where required
Carry out visual checks and basic quality checks on completed work
Maintain neat, accurate and consistent production standards
Support light electrical / electromechanical assembly tasks where required
Monday to Thursday only, 9 hours 45 minutes per day
39-hour working week The Person:

Coil Winder or similar
Previous coil winding experience
Able to follow work instructions and production processes accurately
Good attention to detail
Good hand skills and dexterity
Comfortable with repetitive precision assembly work
Reliable, careful and quality-focused
Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environment Benefits:

£13-£15 p/h
Friday, Saturday and Sunday off every week
Monday to Thursday only
Occasional Overtime available at time and a half
