The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced CAD Design Draughtsman to join a well-established engineering business.
Working across a variety of projects within sectors including food, pharmaceutical, warehousing and automotive, you'll become part of a highly skilled engineering team delivering innovative solutions for customers throughout the UK and internationally.
The Role As a CAD Design Draughtsman, you'll provide mechanical design and detailing support across a range of automation projects, ensuring high-quality engineering drawings are delivered on time and to specification.
Key responsibilities include:
Producing detailed mechanical designs and drawings using Autodesk Inventor, Vault and AutoCAD
Supporting project delivery within agreed timescales and budgets
Conducting technical surveys at customer sites
Participating in design reviews and concept development sessions
Assisting with design risk assessments to ensure compliance with current engineering standards
Providing technical support to Sales, Projects and Manufacturing teams
Liaising directly with customers and suppliers
Supporting project engineering activities where required About You To be successful in this role, you'll have:
HNC or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering
Strong experience using Autodesk Inventor, Vault and AutoCAD
Experience producing detailed manufacturing and assembly drawings
Knowledge of pneumatic systems
Previous experience within manufacturing, automation, food, pharmaceutical, warehousing or automotive industries
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative engineering team
