A proper Fit-Out Project Manager
The sort who can keep subcontractors moving, landlords smiling (just), project managers happy (ish)... and still find time to update the programme before heading home.
We've got a cracking Fit Out Project Manager opportunity with a growing contractor delivering a £500k Cat B office / medical fit-out in Woking.
It's only a 12-week project...
But it's also the first job for a brand-new client.
Which means this Fit Out Project Manager role carries a lot more weight than the programme suggests.
Nail it, and you'll be first in line as more projects land.
The floor you're working on is empty. The rest of the building isn't.
So you'll need to be the sort of Project Manager who communicates well, keeps subcontractors onside, manages valuations, deals confidently with the project management company (who hold the purse strings), handles landlord approvals etc.
