About Us:
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our supportive Nursery team in Wandsworth, London, SW18.

Salary: £26,500 - £33,250pa (Depending on qualifications/experience)
Days/Hours: Full-time, shift patterns vary between 7:15am and 6:30pm, with a 1 hour lunch break and extra 15 minute additional break. Permanent Contract.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging indoor and outdoor activities based on children’s interests, ages and development.
* Observe, assess and plan next steps in line with the EYFS.
* Maintain accurate records and learning journeys for key children.
* Provide high-quality care, including feeding, mealtimes, nappy changing and personal care.
* Follow safeguarding, health, hygiene and safety procedures, reporting any concerns appropriately.
* Build positive, professional relationships with parents and carers, sharing children’s progress and supporting settling-in.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, supporting the wider nursery team when required.
About You:

Qualified Level 2 or above in Early Years/Childcare
*
Previous Nursery or Childcare Experience
*
Clear communication and the confidence to build professional relationships with families and colleagues.
*
Reliability, good judgement and a strong commitment to safeguarding children.
*
Passionate about working with young children and supporting their development.
*
Warm, caring and nurturing in their approach.
*
Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge
*
Able to build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
*
Right to work in the UK.
