This growing facilities maintenance specialist delivers electrical, plumbing, drainage and building fabric services across a wide range of commercial environments including retail, healthcare, education and hospitality. Your Role as a Maintenance Electrician will include:
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) across commercial properties
* Attending reactive breakdowns and fault finding
* Completing remedial electrical works
* Participating in a 1-in-4 call out rota
* Travelling to customer sites across London and the South East

The successful Maintenance Electrician will have:
* NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* Experience carrying out maintenance, fault finding and remedial works
* Background working within commercial environments
* Full UK driving licence
