This growing facilities maintenance specialist delivers electrical, plumbing, drainage and building fabric services across a wide range of commercial environments including retail, healthcare, education and hospitality. Due to continued growth and new contract wins, they are now looking to strengthen their electrical team. Your Role as a Maintenance Electrician will include:
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) across commercial properties
* Attending reactive breakdowns and fault finding
* Completing remedial electrical works
* Participating in a 1-in-4 call out rota
* Travelling to customer sites across London and the South East

The successful Maintenance Electrician will have:
* NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* Experience carrying out maintenance, fault finding and remedial works
* Background working within commercial environments
* Full UK driving licence
