We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a long-term façade restoration project on a commercial high-rise building in Canary Wharf.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role within a well-established team delivering specialist external works on a prestigious, large-scale development.
The Role
As Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of day-to-day site activities, ensuring the project runs safely, efficiently, and to programme. Your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing daily site operations and coordinating workflow
* Managing site operatives and subcontractors
* Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
* Implementing and monitoring RAMS
* Liaising with building management and access teams
* Tracking progress and reporting to senior management
Requirements
To be considered, you will need:
* Valid SMSTS certification
* Strong background in façade or cladding works
* Experience working on high-rise construction projects
* Solid understanding of Health & Safety procedures
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* SAEMA certification (desirable)
* Comfortable working at significant height
