The Role
As Supervisor, you'll support the Store Manager in delivering a commercially successful store. You'll lead by example on the shop floor, coach your team, drive sales and ensure outstanding customer service and visual merchandising standards are maintained every day.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store
Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver excellent results
Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance
Deliver exceptional customer service
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
Support stock management and operational excellence
Ensure company standards, policies and health & safety procedures are followed
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about retail and enjoys leading from the front.
You'll have:
Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Key Holder or Department Manager within a fast-paced retail environment
A commercial mindset with a passion for delivering results
Strong leadership and people development skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
A hands-on approach and passion for creating a great customer experience
