Commercial Manager - Leeds
Zinc Consult is a leading consultancy firm that provides expert advice and solutions for the construction industry. We are looking for a commercial manager to join our team and work on various multi-disciplinary projects.
As a commercial manager, you will be responsible for:
* Managing the commercial aspects of multi-disciplinary projects, including contracts, budgets, risks, claims, and variations.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
* Negotiating and reviewing contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers.
* Preparing and presenting commercial reports and forecasts to senior management and clients.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and policies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in quantity surveying, engineering, business, law, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in commercial management.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
