We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a Stevenage-based company on a 2-month temporary assignment.
This is an immediate start opportunity for an experienced administrator who is available to work in an office-based environment.
The Role
Location: Stevenage
Duration: 2 months
Start: Immediate
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Working arrangement: Office-basedKey Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will include:
Answering incoming telephone calls, transferring calls and taking messages where required.
Updating and maintaining accurate client information on the CRM system.
Managing and responding to the company email inbox.
Completing a range of ad hoc administrative tasks to support the wider team.About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Previous administration experience.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Previous experience using a CRM system is desirable but not essential.
The ability to work efficiently in a busy office environment.
Immediate availability and the ability to commute to Stevenage.Benefits
