Job Description: Legal & Compliance Administration Support
My client is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join the Legal and Compliance team. My client is looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the drive to take ownership of their responsibilities.
You will provide vital support across both our Legal and Compliance functions, working closely with multiple stakeholders and contributing to the smooth operation of key processes across the business
Previous experience within the legal field would be beneficial but not essential.
This role would suit a recent graduate within Legal, Pharmaceutical or business
Key Responsibilities
Legal Support (Supporting Business Units)
- Provide administrative support to the Legal team across a broad range of tasks.
- Assist with the review, handling, and processing of contracts.
- Support internal audit activities through document preparation, coordination, and follow-up actions.
- Assist with data privacy requirements, ensuring compliance across relevant documentation and workflows.
Compliance Support
- Provide system support, including maintaining records, managing updates, and helping resolve user queries.
- Support ongoing data privacy and compliance initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather information, provide updates, and facilitate compliance processes.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across the organisation.
