The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Are you an organised and detail-focused individual with experience in a manufacturing environment? We're recruiting a Quality Assurance Officer to join a leading UK manufacturing business near Preston.
Working within the Quality team, you'll play a key role in supporting production operations by preparing, reviewing and controlling quality documentation while helping to ensure products are manufactured and released in line with customer and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, maintain and issue batch manufacturing and packing records
• Review completed production documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain controlled quality documentation and records
• Create Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and Certificates of Conformance (CoC)
• Support batch release activities and maintain quality trackers
• Coordinate external sample shipments and archive quality records
• Process customer complaints and respond to quality-related requests
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You'll ideally have:
• Previous experience in a Quality Assurance, Quality Administration or similar documentation-based role
• Experience within a manufacturing, production or packaging environment
• Excellent administration and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of GMP or other regulated manufacturing environments would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
