We're looking for a Production Engineer to join a leading precision engineering manufacturer where you'll play a key role in introducing new products, improving production processes, and solving complex engineering challenges.

What You'll Be Doing
* Support the introduction of new products into manufacturing (NPI)
* Improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
* Investigate manufacturing issues and lead root cause analysis
* Support 8D, RMA, and continuous improvement activities
* Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing performance
* Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, BOMs, and routing information
* Help ensure products are production-ready while maintaining high quality and safety standards
What We're Looking For
You'll have:
* Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
* CAD experience
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience improving manufacturing processes
* Confident using Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively
Desirable:
* Degree or HNC in Engineering
* NPI experience
* Knowledge of 8D, RMA, BOMs, or production readiness
* Experience with complex mechanical assemblies
* Precision engineering or advanced manufacturing experience
