About the Role
We are recruiting for an organised, proactive and enthusiastic Administrator to join a growing and forward-thinking business based in Bromsgrove.
This is a varied position offering the opportunity to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations, providing essential administrative assistance to a busy team.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Providing general administrative support to the wider team.
Managing incoming telephone calls, emails and general enquiries.
Coordinating diaries, appointments and schedules.
Assisting with the planning and organisation of projects and daily activities.
Preparing and maintaining accurate records, reports and documentation.
Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
Updating internal systems and databases.
Assisting with travel arrangements, bookings and general logistics.
Supporting the team with general office administration and ad hoc duties.
Ensuring all administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
Skills and Experience Required
Previous experience within an administration or office support role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
A proactive, flexible and positive approach to work.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
