37.5hrs per week (7.5hrs off rota 30hrs on rota)

We’re currently searching for a fantastic Scheme Leader to join us in leading our supported living service in Urmston. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!
Scheme Leader with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. You could be allocating shifts, booking in training, inducting new colleagues, conducting supervision’s and appraisals, developing and updating care plans, ordering medication, ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances and day-to-day management of the service in the absence of the manager. You’ll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Scheme Leaders are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support.

We’re interested in our Scheme Leader having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Scheme Leader should have previous experience in a similar role and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred) as well as experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex individuals with mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours.
