We are seeking a Senior Cost Engineer on behalf of our client, a leader in delivering complex and innovative projects.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a major utilities project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cost Management Excellence: Lead cost planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities to ensure project delivery within financial constraints.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to deliver accurate and timely cost reporting.
* Change Management: Evaluate cost implications of design changes and variations, ensuring alignment with project goals.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize cost data and trends to provide actionable insights that drive project efficiency.
* Compliance & Reporting: Produce detailed cost reports for stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven Experience: Significant experience as a Cost Engineer, ideally on large-scale Energy or Power projects.
* Technical Skills: Expertise in cost management tools and software
* Analytical Mindset: Strong numerical and analytical skills to evaluate complex data.
* Collaboration Skills: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate cost-related insights effectively.
