About the Role:
As a Finance Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes, in particular reconciliation. You will collaborate with a team of experienced professionals who are eager to support your development. This full-time position requires you to be in the office, where you'll immerse yourself in a fast-paced and engaging environment.
What You'll Do:
Apply your knowledge of finance, reconciliation, and legal principles, particularly FSA client money rules, to enhance our operations.
Utilise Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Power BI
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve both individual and team objectives.
Maintain open and professional communication with clients, insurers, and third-party providers, representing our organisation with the utmost professionalism.
Compile, analyse, and interpret financial information to facilitate informed decision-making with excellent attention to detail.
Understand cash collection and payment processes, including general insurance accounting and client invoicing.
