We are recruiting on behalf of a successful Building Services / Compliance specialist, who have a busy Commissioning and HVAC department. They are seeking a HVAC Commissioning Engineer who will easily integrate into their team of engineers. You will be travelling to a range of sites to perform commissioning and balancing of various water and air systems, ensuring to deliver works to a high standard. Experience / Qualifications:
* Hands-on experience working as a HVAC Commissioning Engineer
* Will have worked within a well-established outfit
* It would be advantageous to hold CSA grades
* Fully conversant in CIBSE and BSRIA guidelines
* Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
* Hardworking attitude
The Role:
* Balancing of CHW, LTHW and process water systems
* Commissioning of water and air and HVAC systems
* Inspecting AHUs
* Evaluating overall performance of systems and highlighting any required works
* Working to agreed deadlines and project scopes
* Collating details to produce regular technical reports
* Providing updates to clients and answering any technical queries
* Maintaining strong working relationships with clients
