Location: Warrington (WA4 6PS)
Salary: £13.00- £14.50 p/hr
Shifts: Monday- Thursday - 8am to 4.45pm and Friday 8am to 1pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Our client, a local manufacturing company and supplier of soft play and family entertainment centres, are looking to recruit an experienced 'Sewing Machinist' to join their Production team.
You will play a vital role in the crafting of high-quality products, working with various fabrics, mainly PVC to deliver precision and excellence in every piece.
As the Sewing Machinist, you will;
Work on industrial sewing machines, sewing mainly PVC fabrics.
Read and interpret work orders, patterns, and specifications.
Operating Industrial Sewing Machines with a walking foot.
Maintain consistent quality.
Conduct basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
Inspect finished items to ensure they meet company quality standards.
Keep workspace clean, organised, and safe at all times.
As the Sewing Machinist, you will have the following skills /experience;
Previous experience of industrial sewing.
Strong knowledge of different stitching techniques.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good time management.
