As the first point of contact for customers, you'll manage enquiries via phone and email, resolve operational issues, coordinate with internal teams, oversee customer accounts, and ensure excellent service delivery.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in customer service roles
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Experience using CRM and ticketing systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
