This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a background in the construction industry to play a key role in developing new business opportunities, while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the construction sector.
Generate, manage and follow up sales leads.
Attend client meetings, networking events and industry functions.
Promote the company's services to public and private sector clients.
Work closely with estimating and operations teams to support tender opportunities.
Monitor market trends and identify potential projects and clients.
Achieve agreed business development and sales targets.
Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or in a similar business development role.
Experience within the construction industry is highly desirable.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to generate and convert sales opportunities.
Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Professional and confident approach when dealing with clients and stakeholders.
About You
You will be a motivated and commercially focused individual with a proven track record of winning new business and developing long-term client relationships.
Experience within construction, civil engineering, building contracting or related sectors would be a significant advantage.
