We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Warehouse Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our clients busy warehouse. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

The successful Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for:

Maintaining accurate records of stock movements and inventory levels

*

Process incoming and outgoing shipments using internal systems

*

Liaise with warehouse staff and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch

*

Prepare delivery documentation and labels

*

Monitor and update spreadsheets and databases

*

Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally

*

Support Health & Safety compliance and reporting

*

Assist with general administrative duties as required

Requirements:

*

Previous experience in warehouse or logistics administration preferred

*

Strong IT skills including warehouse management systems

*

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working hours (35 per week):

* Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00
