What you'll be doing;
Maintaining high levels of health & safety standards
Moving and loading waste safely and efficiently
Reporting contamination and non-compliant waste
Identifying and reporting service, safety, and environmental concerns
Communicating effectively with the team
Checking all vehicles before use and reporting any defects
Staying alert for fire hazards and reporting smoke, smouldering, or flames
Maintaining a clean and tidy site
Driving yellow plant machinery
Representing Veolia professionally at all times
Carrying out waste sampling
What we're looking for;
Essential:
Effective communication
Good time management
Desirable:
Mobile Plant Licence (shovel)
Previous experience working in an operational environment
A strong team-working ethic
