Omnia Resourcing is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their brand-new distribution centre in Rugby. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new warehouse operation from the very beginning, helping to shape a successful team and build strong working practices.

Key Responsibilities as Warehouse Team Leader:
Lead, motivate and support a team of warehouse operatives to achieve daily targets.
Allocate workloads and monitor team performance throughout the shift.
Ensure all warehouse operations are carried out safely, efficiently and in line with company procedures.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, productivity and housekeeping.
Support the training and development of new and existing team members.
Work closely with management to improve processes and drive operational performance.
Monitor attendance, performance and team engagement.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and warehouse best practices.Requirements as Warehouse Team Leader:
Previous experience in a Warehouse Team Leader or Supervisory role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Experience working within a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
Good IT skills and the ability to work with warehouse management systems.
