The Role
As an SEN Tutor, you will work closely with a student on a one-to-one basis, supporting their academic progress while building confidence, motivation, and independence. The successful SEN Tutor will create engaging lessons that meet the student's individual learning needs and encourage positive outcomes.

Requirements
✔ Experience working as an SEN Tutor or supporting students with additional needs
✔ Strong understanding of differentiated learning strategies
✔ Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic approach
✔ Ability to build strong relationships with students and families
✔ Relevant teaching, tutoring, or SEN experience preferred
