JT Recruit is currently recruiting for a Voids Administrative Assistant to join a busy housing team on a temporary basis.
You will provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing appointments and diaries, maintaining databases and records, preparing reports, supporting meetings and responding to customer enquiries.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience managing appointments and busy team diaries.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, databases and spreadsheets.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience taking meeting minutes and producing accurate records.
* Strong organisation and attention to detail.
* The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
* A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* NVQ Level 3 in Administration or equivalent relevant experience.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00
Pay: £13.26 per hour
Contract: Temporary
Working: Hybrid working available after 4 weeks' training.
