The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager / Associate to join a well-established rural and residential property team in the Midlands.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious estate agency professional with a strong track record in rural, prime or residential property sales, who enjoys winning new business, building client relationships and managing sales from appraisal through to completion.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
Carrying out market appraisals across rural and residential property, including land sales
Growing and developing your own portfolio and client network
Managing property marketing, viewings, negotiations and sales progression
Building strong, long-term relationships with clients
Delivering exceptional customer service and working towards agreed targets and KPIs
Managing technically challenging and complex sales, ensuring full compliance
Potentially taking on line management responsibilities depending on experience
About You
We're looking for someone with:
Proven estate agency experience and a strong record of winning business
Excellent knowledge of the property market, ideally across rural and/or prime property
Strong sales, negotiation and client relationship skills
A good understanding of property compliance
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A driven, commercially minded and results-focused approach
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Midlands
