Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding administrative and client service support to internal teams.
Manage incoming and outgoing post and arrange courier services.
Assist with file closing, archiving and document retrieval.
Complete photocopying, printing, scanning, binding and filing tasks.
Support the Finance team by submitting receipts, cheques and invoices.
Process payment requests.
Assist with the preparation of court bundles alongside the document specialist team.
Maintain and update client records accurately.
Carry out basic Land Registry searches.
Minimum of 6 months' administration experience.
GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
Strong customer service skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
A team player who thrives in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
Confident using Microsoft Office and able to adapt to new systems quickly.
