The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Manager to join our team for a major public sector refurbishment project in Teesside, commencing in September.
The successful candidate will oversee the replacement of curtain walling and external cladding on an occupied public building, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills, with experience managing specialist façade contractors and working in live environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the project programme.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.
Oversee the installation of replacement curtain walling and external cladding systems.
Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation, company procedures, and project-specific requirements.
Carry out quality inspections and monitor progress against programme.
Maintain accurate site documentation, including RAMS, site diaries, permits, and progress reports.
Liaise with the client, design team, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of the project.
Identify and resolve site issues while maintaining programme, quality, and budget objectives.
Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and professionalism across the site.
Essential Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment or façade replacement projects.
Experience managing curtain walling, cladding, or external envelope packages.
Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and construction best practice.
