This role involves taking ownership of your section to ensure every dish leaving the kitchen meets our high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency. Your daily tasks will include:
Running your section efficiently during service
Preparing and cooking dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering outstanding food
Maintaining excellent food hygiene, allergen control, and safety standards
Helping to minimise waste while maintaining quality
