My client is seeking a well organised office administrator to come in and ensure smooth running of administration in the team. Your Duties
* Log new enquiries and requests from the client for quotations
* Maintain an accurate project tracker including quotation value, issue date, status and
client response
* Follow up outstanding quotations and provide regular updates to the relevant people
* Assist in maintaining commercial records relating to subcontractor performance and
Expenditure
* Monitor client purchase orders and formal instructions
* Check purchase orders against quotations to ensure the correct scope, value and reference information has been included
Your Experience
* Proven experience as a commercial administrator
* Backgrounds from construction/engineering or similar
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a diverse workload
* Able to commute to London
