Sales Administrator

Location: Bognor Regis
Salary: £14.92
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Start Date: ASAP

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join a busy team in Bognor Regis. This is an initial 2-week temporary assignment with the potential to be extended or become a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

This role will support the sales function by preparing quotations, creating customer-facing presentations, and collating product information to support business-to-business sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and issuing accurate sales quotations
Producing professional presentation decks and customer proposals
Gathering and organising product information for customer enquiries
Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is up to date
Liaising with internal teams to obtain product and commercial information
Assisting with commercial comparisons and reporting using Excel Skills & Experience

Essential

Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Confident Microsoft Excel user
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
Professional and customer-focused approach Desirable

Previous sales administration or sales support experience
Experience supporting B2B product sales environments
Experience creating presentations using Canva
Exposure to preparing quotations, proposals, or commercial comparisons What's on Offer
