Location : Bracknell
Hours: 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Salary : £23,500 or £12.71 p/h
My client who are an online retailer specialising in video games, consols and electronics are now seeking a new candidate to join their team who has experience in Customer Service. You must have strong communication skills and be able to build strong working relationships with customers over the phone.
Daily Duties
Providing excellent customer service to customers
Building strong working relationships
Responding to queries/helpdesk queries in a timely and efficient manner
Responding to email enquiries
Working in a team environment
Role/requirements
Customer support via helpdesk/ telephone/live chat/Social platforms
They should have good command of English Language/Grammar
Quick on typing
