Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team, fostering a positive environment centred on customer service and achieving results.
Take ownership of overall commercial performance by driving sales, productivity and key performance indicators.
Deliver an exceptional personalised customer experience, ensuring every interaction is engaging, memorable and professional.
Support team growth through ongoing coaching, regular feedback, training and effective performance management.

Set the example by leading from the shop floor, offering hands-on support during peak trading periods and modelling best practice.
